My approach is grounded in integrative person-centred psychotherapy and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment theory, somatic awareness and a deep respect for each person’s unique process of healing and growth.

I work with people navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, attachment wounds, nervous system dysregulation, self-worth struggles, and the lingering impact of past experiences held in the body.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
Therapy with me may include reflection, emotional processing, body awareness, nervous system regulation, exploring inner parts, and making sense of patterns that may have developed over time as ways of adapting, surviving or protecting.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. My intention is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to arrive as you are—without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or be anything other than human.
Together we create space for healing, insight, connection and meaningful change at a pace that feels respectful and attuned to you.
